Dr. iur. Hannes Maehr, Executive Board
Dr. Hannes Mähr obtained his academic degrees in law at the University of Innsbruck with the degrees Mag. iur. (1999) and Dr. iur. (2001).
He was also admitted to the Liechtenstein bar in 2001 and passed the bar exam in Austria in 2002.
Dr. Hannes Mähr advises various local companies and specialises in complex banking and liability litigation. As a foundation board member and trustee, Dr. Mähr also acts for international clients.

Martin Wachter, CEO
Among others, he worked very successfully at Bank Alpinum (Vaduz), LGT Bank AG (Vienna), Bank Vontobel Austria AG (Salzburg and Vienna), Anglo Irish Bank Austria - Kapitalanlage Gesellschaft mbH. (Vienna), Security Investment Company (Graz), Raiffeisen Landesbank Tirol (Innsbruck), Raiffeisen Capital Management (Vienna), Bank Austria AG (Riezlern) and Headquarters of Bank Austria, wealth management.
For several years, Martin Wachter worked in New York City and Los Angeles (trading desk, portfolio management).

1995 – 1996: CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst).

2005 – 2006: MDP (Management Development Program, Anglo Irish Bank, Dublin).
2017: Certified Wealth Management Advisor / SAQ certification (Switzerland).
Martin Wachter is married and has two children.

Dr. Gert Rene Polli, Compliance
After the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, Dr Polli was appointed to the Ministry of the Interior by the Austrian Federal Chancellor at the time, Wolfgang Schüssel.
There he reorganized the state police and, as founding director, built up the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and Combating Terrorism.
2008 – 2009 Dr Polli was head of corporate security at Siemens AG in Munich.
In 2012. Dr Polli founded the company "polli-IPS" (Intelligence & Public Safety) based in Vienna. The company specializes in defending against industrial and economic espionage and supports companies in their activities in security-critical regions or security-critical situations at home and abroad.
On December 1st, 2017, Dr. Polli was appointed honorary professor of intelligence and security services and counter-terrorism at the Ukrainian-American Concordia University in Ukraine.
In the same year, Dr. Polli’s book “Germany between the fronts. How Europe is becoming the plaything of politics and secret services” was published; in 2022 his review “Schattenwelten. Austria's secret service chief tells”.
Dr Polli was chairman of the high-profile informal intelligence platform ‘Middle European Conference’ and a member of the ‘Club of Bern’, an informal coalition of directors of domestic intelligence from all EU member states plus Norway and Switzerland.
Dr Gert René Polli holds the Grand Cross of Honor for his services to the Republic of Austria.

MARTIN HÖRNDLINGER, Managing auditor
In 2007, Martin Hörndlinger successfully completed his training in the fiduciary sector in Liechtenstein as a finance and accounting specialist. He then worked for 12 years in management positions at auditing companies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and trained as a certified public accountant in parallel.
In 2011, he obtained the diploma of a federally certified auditor in Switzerland.
In 2012, Martin Hörndlinger successfully passed the exam to become a certified public accountant in Liechtenstein.
Thanks to his excellent expertise and high level of involvement in the field of auditing and financial services, Mr Hörndlinger is a member of Expertsuisse and the Liechtenstein Association of Auditors.

MLADEN TODOROV, financial analyst
2015 – 2018: Senior Credit Analyst at JP Morgan UK, organizing complex credit transactions for HNW and corporate clients.
2018 – 2020: Credit Manager at Aldermore Bank UK.
2020 – 2021: Business Development Manager at SEPA Cyber Technologies Bulgaria. Generation and management of SaaS offers (“Software-as-a-Service”) throughout the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
2021 – 2022: Service Delivery Manager UK & Ireland at Hewlett Packard. Customer care by providing tactical analysis.
2022 – 2023: Financial Analyst at FlatexDEGIRO Bulgaria. Financial analysis and project management.

BEATA KARPATI, Sales
Beata Karpati received her diploma in Business Management in 2017.
In the course of her professional career of more than 6 years, she exclusively held management positions. She earned the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at a pharmaceutical company and filled this role for three passionate years.
In 2020, Beata Karpati was appointed by a Hungarian State Secretary to restructure the Hungarian State Fund.
The successful completion of this assignment enabled her to join our Paladis team.
